WHAT ARE THE 5 SIGNS TO CHANGE YOUR OIL FILTER?

Poor engine performance: A clogged or dirty oil filter can reduce the flow of oil to the engine, leading to decreased engine performance, such as reduced power or acceleration.

Engine noise: If you hear a ticking or knocking noise coming from your engine, it could be a sign that the oil filter is clogged and the engine is not receiving enough oil.

Warning lights: Some vehicles have a warning light that will illuminate on the dashboard when the oil pressure is low or the oil filter needs to be replaced.

Dirty oil: If you check the oil and it appears dirty or has a burnt smell, it could be a sign that the oil filter is not doing its job of removing contaminants from the oil.

Mileage or time: It's generally recommended to replace the oil filter every time you change the engine oil, which is typically every 5,000 to 7,500 miles or every 6 months to a year, depending on your driving habits and the type of oil you use.

If you experience any of these signs, it's important to have your oil filter inspected and replaced if necessary to prevent damage to your engine and ensure proper engine lubrication.
